A Wigan Today reader has criticised a passenger on a bus who let her dog sit on a disabled seat
The picture, of the pet sitting beside the woman on a Leigh to Wigan service, “shows bad behaviour”, says David Skipper.
He added: “Just as an aside the driver refused to tackle her.”
